REGISTERED USERS - MEMBERS
Every registered user has its own username and password so it can identify himself. Password is known only to the user. User is obligated to provide personal data and to protect the data, so only he can use this password or another person that is authorized to use it in his name.
VALIDITY
For any business relationship between Tesma sport d.o.o. and the customer starting from 1.10.2015 exclusively the following General Terms and Conditions will apply, regardless of the means of communication used.The customer recognizes the exclusive validity of Tesma sport d.o.o.’s General Terms and Conditions for the entire business relationship. Tesma sport d.o.o. will not recognize any different conditions of the customer unless the management of Tesma sport d.o.o. has expressly agreed in writing to their validity. If the customer enters into a business relationship with Tesma sport d.o.o. by using the website, he/she recognises the General Terms and Conditions as the basis for the entire business relationship between the customer and Tesma sport d.o.o.

CLOSURE OF PURCHASE CONTRACT
The presentation of products within the framework of the Online Shop does not represent a legally binding offer but rather an in-line catalogue without obligation. By clicking the button ‘Place order’ you agree to pay and you are making a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of the order will occur immediately after the order has been sent through an automatically generated e-mail and does not yet represent an acceptance of any contract. Such acceptance will only come into being when you receive an e-mail from us, in which we confirm the dispatch of the item or the order.
You have the possibility of making the purchase contract in Slovene or English. The ordering and transaction language may also be either Slovene or English. We will store the text of the contract and will send you the order details by e-mail. You may consult previous orders in your customer account, provided that you have registered with us.

Buyer can be a person or a company. Person is considered a registered buyer who is buying or using goods or services for private purposes, not for purposes connected to his professional or profitable activity.
Buyer with the registration confirms that he is accepting general conditions of operation listed on these pages and other listed conditions and accepting changes that provider will place on these pages.
Tesma sport d.o.o. and persons regulate mutual obligations with this general conditions and the Consumer Protection Law.
Tesma sport d.o.o. with companies and persons that are involved in profitable activity regulate mutual obligations with special written contract or with accepting terms and conditions when registering on this page. In cases, when purchase is made by a company or person involved in profitable activity, regardless of its legal organizational structure or ownership, Consumer Protection Law applies only when it is specifically stated by the law.

ORDERING – CONCLUDING THE CONTRACT
Received orders are irrevocable. Buyer can cancel the order without obligation in the time span from ordering until receiving electronic notification that the order is in process.
In case of making an order and citing personal pick up of material in Tesma sport d.o.o. store counts that contract is concluded with payment and pick up of the goods.
Contract between seller and buyer is concluded when seller confirms the order (buyer is receiving electronic statement that order is confirmed).
PURCHASING IN OUR STORE
Over the internet you can send the advance order and then you can make a purchase in our store according to internet price list.
REALIZATION OR REJECTION OF THE ORDER
Tesma sport d.o.o. will start with activity regarding realization of the order as soon as possible. We will notify you with the message on your internet address when we will start with order realization.
Tesma sport d.o.o. can reject the order, if it will find that realization of the order is not possible.
(For disputes that might arise from usage of this internet site and for dealing with Tesma sport d.o.o., only law of the Republic of Slovenia is applicable. All parties of the agreement, despite their geographic location or nationality agree that law of the Republic of Slovenia apply. United Nations Regulations on Contracts for International Sale of Goods are not applicable in case of dispute. Court in Ljubljana, Slovenia has jurisdiction over any disputes and legal procedures regarding this contract and usage of this service).
Administrator holds the right to change the terms for access of this service to the users with validity from announcement of the change.
